Requirements

• 5-7 years SEO and digital marketing growth experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience
• Strong foundational understanding of SEO principles and recent updates in the industry
• Strong research skills
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Expertise with industry-relevant tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, WordPress, Moz

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, providing guidance in executing best in class SEO strategies and fostering professional growth
• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing and SEO strategies to prospect generation and conversion funnel improvements
• Work closely with the paid media team, creative teams, developers, and content writers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution across all platforms
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and data visualization tool (Tableau) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis to identify optimization opportunities and implement best practices
• Regularly communicate strategies, results, and optimization recommendations to General Managers and other internal and external stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic direction
