Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions in the software industry, with proven success in a multi-product, high-growth SaaS company in the United States
  • An existing understanding of the enterprise tech market and key creative/marketing roles within customer and prospect organizations
  • Experience supporting an integrated go-to-market that includes sales, channel and services partners, strategic alliances, creative & marketing eco-systems
  • Proven ability to build credibility with product teams, sales teams, and customers, delivering measurable results
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts for diverse audiences
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable managing complex projects across multiple teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and value propositions that differentiate Superside solutions in the marketplace
  • Collaborate with the customer, ABM, lifecycle, and performance teams to optimize messaging and drive pipeline growth among prospects and existing customers
  • Develop meaningful customer insights and personas for all audiences, understanding buyer needs, pain points and differentiated value
  • Build and execute highly differentiated go-to-market strategies that solidify Superside’s leadership in AI-powered creative solutions
  • Partner with product management to develop compelling messaging frameworks for new and existing products
  • Provide input into the product roadmap and pricing based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive insights
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and customer demand for Superside’s solutions
  • Deliver competitive intelligence and create differentiation materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Craft engaging, audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, presentations, and sales enablement materials
  • Equip customer-facing teams with world-class enablement resources in partnership with the sales enablement team
