Join Clari's Solutions Marketing team as a seasoned professional to drive the positioning and go-to-market strategy for Clari's suite of solutions. You will define marketing assets, lead GTM strategies, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with product teams. The role also involves serving as a Clari evangelist at industry events and producing compelling marketing materials. This is a remote opportunity available anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing within SaaS or software businesses
- Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies with a solutions-first, customer-focused approach
- Experience working cross-functionally to develop cohesive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong ability to take complex, technical concepts and simplify them for broader audiences, including field teams and customers
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives that drive market differentiation
- Experience leading solution launches and managing campaigns that deliver measurable growth and market impact
- Track record of success in influencing analysts, media, and industry thought leaders
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch key Clari solutions in the market
- Own our Revenue Platform narrative
- Introduce rigor, frameworks, and cross-functional processes that strengthen collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Partner with the Revenue Marketing team to architect go-to-market plays that maximize value realization and conversion rates across key buyer personas, helping the business achieve revenue targets
- Define middle and bottom-of-funnel assets and enablement materials to accelerate deal progression and close pipeline opportunities
- Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and solution enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and ongoing adoption
- Advocate for customers’ needs to shape product strategy and roadmap, ensuring we better serve our target audience
- Collaborate with the Product team to validate new product ideas and develop scalable go-to-market strategies
- Lead the launch of new solutions and capabilities to drive differentiation in the market as well as developing POV on Pricing and Packaging recommendations
- Exceptional executive presence and credibility with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with various internal partners, including product marketing, field marketing, and sales, while actively contributing to the overall go-to-market strategy
- Serve as a key evangelist for Clari, representing the company at industry events and speaking to the strength of our platform while driving narratives that enhance Clari’s thought leadership
- Drive and own new product introductions for Clari and implement marketing plans to drive more adoption of those new solutions
- Produce compelling, high-impact marketing materials, including solution briefs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog posts to drive our solution value propositions
- Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively selling solutions
- Experienced in mentoring and developing team members by offering personalized guidance to strengthen skills, build confidence, and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
