- Technical experience with at least one of our core systems (NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify and Hubspot)
- JavaScripting
Responsibilities
- Administer all internal systems within the company
- Manage the internal support desk
- Manage devices, wireless networks and other critical networks
- Consolidate and improve the systems within the business
- Assist other teams to improve the way they use our systems
- Install and configure software, hardware and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure

- Organised and a fast learner
- Entrepreneurial - self-starter, able to work autonomously, energetic
- Communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts - can break down complex concepts and explain them in a simple way
- Empathic listener, consultative approach

- Critical thinker, able to handle multiple complex processes
- Resourcefulness - able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly
- Relationship oriented- able to work well with teammates
- Bachelorโs Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer all internal systems within the company.
- Manage the internal support desk.
- Manage devices, wireless networks and other critical networks.
- Consolidate and improve the systems within the business.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:
