Responsibilities

  • Administer all internal systems within the company
  • Manage the internal support desk
  • Manage devices, wireless networks and other critical networks
  • Consolidate and improve the systems within the business
  • Assist other teams to improve the way they use our systems
  • Install and configure software, hardware and networks
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure

  • Entrepreneurial - self-starter, able to work autonomously, energetic
  • Communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts - can break down complex concepts and explain them in a simple way

  • Critical thinker, able to handle multiple complex processes
  • Resourcefulness - able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly
  • Relationship oriented- able to work well with teammates
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

As the System Administrator, you will play a key role in updating systems, addressing security breaches, and efficiently

troubleshooting issues to maintain a seamless and effective operational environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer all internal systems within the company.
  • Manage the internal support desk.
  • Manage devices, wireless networks and other critical networks.
  • Consolidate and improve the systems within the business.
  • Assist other teams to improve the way they use our systems.
  • Install and configure software, hardware and networks.
