Location

We are a remote-first company and require you to be based near or in London for this role as this, especially at the start will be a hybrid role (1 day a week in our Holborn-based office).

Role Overview

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, our new Talent Partner will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy across multiple markets with a sole focus on commercial roles. Your experience with SaaS recruitment, start-ups, and handling 360 recruitment processes will be critical. Familiarity with recruitment tools like Ashby will be advantageous as we continue to optimise our hiring processes. While crypto experience is a plus, what truly matters is your passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
