Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing the full lifecycle of an employee (from preboarding to offboarding)
  • Experience working in the IT industry
  • Ability and willingness to help managers constructively resolve conflict situations, provide recommendations for team development
  • Direct, honest, and transparent communication with teams and in general communication

Responsibilities

  • Support people managers with administrative tasks (preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, requests from employees, implementation and updates of policies)
  • Support in the realization of feedback collection and Performance Evaluation processes, creation of PDP and working with it
  • Provide an additional view on the status of people/team, analysis of risks, proposals for improvements
  • Provide an additional view on the status of work processes, analysis of risks, proposals for improvements
  • Support in resolving conflict situations
  • Find vendors and organize training for team members (on request)
  • Provide support to top managers with the same tasks as for other people managers, but also analytics, overall view, and recommendations for team development
