• Develop and lead the sales strategy for the film, event & media industry
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies and build lasting relationships with key customers
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team in the DACH region
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at C-level for major clients
• Monitor and optimize sales pipelines using sales KPIs, identifying trends and making strategic decisions to improve performance
• Share important insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales, marketing, and product information with the team and management to continuously improve sales strategies
• Develop the skills of your team through regular coaching and mentoring to ensure individual and collective success
