Summary

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of in-house/corporate recruiting experience, and 5+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting Software Engineering positions
  • Experience in a high growth or startup environment required
  • Experience recruiting software engineers who are experienced in modern tech stacks (node.js, python, javascript, react, native, HTML5, etc.) required
  • Ability to successfully work both independently and on a team in an ambiguous environment
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter required
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Google Workplace preferred

Responsibilities

  • Successfully source and hire top software engineering, data science, and technical talent
  • Full-cycle recruitment for Data Science and Engineering roles (backend, frontend, full stack, etc.)
  • Developing a sourcing strategy in partnership with hiring managers
  • Sourcing candidates via third party sites such as LinkedIn
  • Reviewing applicant resumes to identify top candidates
  • Conducting initial screening/interviewing of candidates; recommending top talent to move forward
  • Managing candidate and hiring team expectations throughout the recruiting process
  • Extending offers and closing candidates on joining Honor
  • Support multiple concurrent searches and recruitment processes
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer; create a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines by understanding team needs and seeking out diverse candidates
  • Acting as a strategic and consultative partner to our hiring managers; helping them understand and navigate the recruiting process, and overcome challenges
  • Use data driven decision making to efficiently and effectively fill Engineering roles w/in key KPI targets (Time to Fill, Days to Offer, Hires per Month)
  • Use Greenhouse ATS to manage requisition and candidate workflows, create and send key reports, and communicate with recruiting stakeholders

About the Work:

Honor is remote friendly! We’re hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Austin, TX, and Omaha, NE hubs.
