Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of client facing consulting and business analysis experience
  • 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing high-quality deliverables using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated interviewing skills to gather requirements, illustrate as-is processes, analyze gaps, research and collaborate with technology SMEs, and draft future state roadmaps for impacted processes
  • Eligible for a Government Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings with Subject Matter Experts to discuss technical requirements
  • Turn meeting notes into a design document and circulate the document for review and approval
  • Hand the design document to developers and answer any questions they have during development
  • Once development is done and the new functionality is deployed, help with testing
