Summary
Join our team as a Virtual Assistant and help us grow our business by assisting with marketing research, recruitment tasks, administrative needs, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years, hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration, marketing, and/or business operations
- Can overlap work hours with California
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear copywriting and editing skills
- Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet among others
- Ability to learn new tools/software quickly
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Help with marketing research such as website, social media, SEO vendors, etc
- Help with recruitment tasks and supporting offshore recruitment strategy
- Support administrative needs of management on some key business initiatives
- Make suggestions for improvement, streamlining, and automation of administrative processes; research, implement, and continue to improve upon selected options
- Plan and schedule meetings
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
- Email/correspondence management
- Create presentations
- Conduct research on various topics
- Provide customer/supplier support
