Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years, hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration, marketing, and/or business operations
  • Can overlap work hours with California
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear copywriting and editing skills
  • Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet among others
  • Ability to learn new tools/software quickly
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Help with marketing research such as website, social media, SEO vendors, etc
  • Help with recruitment tasks and supporting offshore recruitment strategy
  • Support administrative needs of management on some key business initiatives
  • Make suggestions for improvement, streamlining, and automation of administrative processes; research, implement, and continue to improve upon selected options
  • Plan and schedule meetings
  • Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
  • Email/correspondence management
  • Create presentations
  • Conduct research on various topics
  • Provide customer/supplier support
