Summary
Join Pharos as the VP of Marketing and lead the charge in driving growth and elevating our brand. Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in B2B SaaS or software solutions)
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
- Strong demand generation and pipeline development experience
- Track record in product marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Expertise in brand management across multiple channels
- Numerically fluent, with demonstrated proficiency in data analytics for performance monitoring and optimization
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Strong communication skills for internal and external relationship building
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Experience managing marketing budgets for optimal ROI
Responsibilities
- Develop, champion, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Pharos's business goals, driving growth and success
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth
- Ensure consistent, impactful brand messaging and quality across all marketing channels, touchpoints, and within the Pharos organization
- Define key customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage them
- Define and manage product go-to-market initiatives, including developing value propositions, pricing strategies, internal and external enablement, and identifying market expansion opportunities
- Implement growth marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, and drive marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue
- Develop a content strategy that meets the informational needs of Pharos's target audiences, delivering valuable, relevant content
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, analysts, media, and key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and visibility
- Manage and refine our marketing technology stack to streamline marketing processes, nurture leads, and track marketing ROI
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, focusing on initiatives that drive the best short-term and long-term returns for Pharos
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business or related field
