- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Passion for data-driven marketing and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire and motivate teams
- A deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
- A strategic thinker with a strong execution focus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing revenue strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals responsible for web, digital channels, technology, operations and overall marketing performance
- Own the marketing technology stack, optimizing its performance and integration to support revenue goals
- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and marketers to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategy and decision-making
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets
- Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and finance
- Lead the creation, review and presentation for key reviews including channel dashboard reviews versus plan, quarterly business review, and business unit reviews
- Maintain overall scorecard versus key deliverables and milestones
