Summary

Join Productboard as a Renewals Manager to ensure customer retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive high customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with Customer Success Coaches and report directly to the Manager of Scaled Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a book of business of SMB renewals to maximize retention and growth
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and lead negotiation with the customer, overcoming objections to renewal
  • Develop email sequences to engage customers at scale to identify risk, uncover opportunities
  • Use data to craft a value story to communicate how Productboard is impacting our customer’s business
  • Identify at-risk customers and develop prescriptive plays that would mitigate against this potential churn
  • Communicate risk clearly in our systems, and work closely with your Customer Coach partner to mitigate
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities at renewal to maximize customer growth, working collaboratively with your Account Executive partner in the process
  • Drive operational efficiencies with new processes and scalable systems to engage hundreds of renewals in an effective manner
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
  • Keep up to date records of renewals and create renewal contracts
  • Collaborate with Finance, Support, Legal around renewal logistics and bringing a customer to successful renewal
