Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS renewals with proven track record of exceeding renewal targets
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter, curious, and solution focused
  • Strong initiative, positive attitude, and both the ability and willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and tools used in developer-focused companies

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire renewal process for assigned accounts to maintain and expand customer adoption
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify upsell opportunities
  • Analyze customer data and develop renewal strategy tailored to the needs of our customers
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with technical decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Maintain accurate customer data and forecasts in Salesforce and flag any at-risk accounts on a weekly basis
