Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in renewals, sales or sales support; open to any industry; BPO set up
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent business experience
  • Amenable to work on a Hybrid Setup at BGC, Taguig (2 days/month)

Responsibilities

  • Own the automated renewal checklist activity for all accounts due each renewal cohort
  • Track Automated Renewal Notices
  • Performs a proper hand-off to Renewal Manager for all renewals that requires client engagement/communication – negotiation, upsell/down sell, cancellation, etc
  • Ensures that all renewals are properly set for discount recapture based on MSA
  • Performs other administrative function as defined and delegated by the line manager
  • Work hand in hand with Renewal Managers/SR Renewal Managers to help drive renewals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SaaS accounts
  • Experience recording information in Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Experience with negotiations, discovery call, and various client engagement conversation
