Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations and campaign management
- Proven experience in using HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
- Experience with SEO strategies and Content Marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing website content for search engines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and retention
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic
- Create high-quality and engaging content to attract and engage the target audience, aligning with SEO best practices
- Manage and optimize website performance, including on-page elements, site structure, and user experience
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Maintain and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, ensuring accurate data tracking, lead management, and campaign automation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HubSpot, SEO, and Content Marketing
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing operation efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid platforms like Google Ads and social media ads is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus
