Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in data architecture and governance efforts, create and maintain single source of truth for enterprise data dictionary, and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis. The role requires 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, extensive SQL experience, and proficiency in data visualization tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a b2b SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Extensive Experience with Salesforce is required
  • 6+ years of SQL experience
  • Strong knowledge of databases and experience in querying and working with large datasets
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and distill actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Olo’s data architecture and governance efforts
  • Create & maintain single source of truth for enterprise data dictionary
  • Become subject matter expert in end to end enterprise data flow
  • Lead data council meetings while keeping accurate agenda, notes and action items from meetings
  • Provide cross functional Program management support for data changes across different systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop effective data-driven solutions to address them
  • Design, implement, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track and monitor key business metrics
  • Identify and analyze data quality issues, and implement solutions to ensure accurate and reliable data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data dictionary tools like Collibra
  • Experience with ETL tools like FiveTran
