  • System Management: Oversee the implementation and management of systems like Salesforce and an unnamed Marketing Automation Platform
  • Lead Management: Develop strategies for capturing leads from various marketing initiatives and establish a process for nurturing and handing them over to the sales team
  • Reporting and Analytics: Set up comprehensive reporting mechanisms for the go-to-market team, focusing on key data points that drive business decisions
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for system optimization and data-driven insights that can enhance business operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS industry experience is highly desirable
  • A versatile and proactive approach, with a keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements and system optimizations
  • Excellent analytical skills with an aptitude for translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
  • Prior experience in a startup environment
