Summary

Nansen is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their team and optimize revenue operations across various departments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in revenue operations, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and MS Office (with advanced Excel skills). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, PowerBI) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the marketing team to operationalize their strategies
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Collect and report marketing performance data
  • Assist the marketing team in executing daily operational and administrative functions to ensure seamless campaign execution and team efficiency
  • Assist the sales team in monitoring and driving sales efficiency
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the implementation and optimization of sales processes and tools
  • Facilitate post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work with the customer support team to establish omnichannel support strategies
  • Assist in basic customer support tasks, such as responding to common inquiries
  • Implement tools and processes to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
