Join our Revenue Operations team as a fully remote Analyst, based in Mexico or Central America, focusing on maintaining and improving sales, marketing, and revenue reporting. Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI for data visualization/reporting, with a focus on effective data storytelling to a non-technical sales/marketing audience
- Experience consolidating data from multiple/disparate systems into single, consistent datasets
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continually improve Traxβs sales, marketing, and revenue reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality through system/process enhancements, including changes to user processes in our systems of record, such as our Salesforce CRM
- Consolidate data from multiple/disparate systems into single, consistent datasets
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity for the business
- Connect analytical work to broader business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Prior experience in revenue operations, analyzing marketing and sales pipeline data and KPIs
