Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field, preferably in the fintech or adtech space
  • A bachelor’s degree or similar work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Must have work authorization in Poland or Romania

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient sales processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and KPIs
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data. Troubleshoot issues and provide support to the sales team
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and other relevant metrics. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive improvements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide operational support and address any process-related challenges. Assist with deal tracking, forecasting, and quota setting
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing support & enablement of sales tools and technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and data to ensure smooth coordination of sales operations, including lead generation, revenue reporting, and customer retention efforts
  • Support the sales team in the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes. Help onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and support
  • Ensure all sales processes are well-documented and in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Mode)
