This remote role supports the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager in improving data accuracy and streamlining operations across the sales organization. You will play a key role in managing CRM systems, generating sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient use of sales tools. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field, preferably in the fintech or adtech space
- A bachelorβs degree or similar work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Must have work authorization in Poland or Romania
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient sales processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and KPIs
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data. Troubleshoot issues and provide support to the sales team
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and other relevant metrics. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive improvements
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide operational support and address any process-related challenges. Assist with deal tracking, forecasting, and quota setting
- Manage the implementation and ongoing support & enablement of sales tools and technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and data to ensure smooth coordination of sales operations, including lead generation, revenue reporting, and customer retention efforts
- Support the sales team in the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes. Help onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and support
- Ensure all sales processes are well-documented and in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Mode)
