Requirements

  • Maintain accuracy in data management, particularly in Salesforce, and ensure that all records are up-to-date and reliable
  • Approach tasks with a solution-oriented mindset, using your analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Anticipate needs within the Revenue Operations team, streamline workflows, and take initiative in optimizing data and revenue processes
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging Revenue Operations with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to support cohesive, revenue-driving strategies
  • Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrating the ability to self-prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain records in Salesforce, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness
  • Support regular data audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement, actively participating in data cleanup efforts
  • Assist in generating Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide key insights into revenue metrics and sales performance
  • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and client success, ensuring cohesive and efficient processes
  • Identify areas for operational improvement, offering recommendations to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
