Requirements
- Maintain accuracy in data management, particularly in Salesforce, and ensure that all records are up-to-date and reliable
- Approach tasks with a solution-oriented mindset, using your analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Anticipate needs within the Revenue Operations team, streamline workflows, and take initiative in optimizing data and revenue processes
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging Revenue Operations with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to support cohesive, revenue-driving strategies
- Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrating the ability to self-prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Show flexibility and a readiness to grow, adapting to new tools and processes as you gain deeper insights into our revenue operations framework
- You have a bachelorβs degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- You have a knack for precision, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining organized workflows even in high-volume situations
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships across teams and acting as a resource to keep cross-functional projects running smoothly
- You are comfortable managing your time effectively in a remote setting, taking initiative, and adapting to new challenges with enthusiasm

Responsibilities
- Update and maintain records in Salesforce, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness
- Support regular data audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement, actively participating in data cleanup efforts
- Assist in generating Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide key insights into revenue metrics and sales performance
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and client success, ensuring cohesive and efficient processes
- Identify areas for operational improvement, offering recommendations to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
