Requirements

  • 5+ Years of GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations Roles
  • A understanding of Salesforce Administration (for process design and testing purposes)
  • Agile Methodology knowledge, experience or certifications
  • Ability to deeply understand the sales motion and identify roadblocks to efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the visual map of a critical function of the business
  • Operate as a member of the Sales and Partnerships leadership team who can affect change within our GTM technology processes
  • Work closely with dedicated resources from the Data Analytics and Enablement teams to design and propose process changes and then roll out process improvements
  • Work with the RevOps Agile Development Team to monitor progress, test and deploy process improvements to the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some tenure as a customer-facing Account Executive, Customer Success Manager or front-line leader
  • Project Management experience
