Summary

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools and technologies; advanced Excel skills required
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and drive long-term sales operations and process enhancements
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • GTM Process Optimization: Design, implement, and manage GTM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the customer acquisition lifecycle
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to provide the GTM and executive teams with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasting models and pipeline management processes
  • Tools Management: Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are aligned with the sales strategy and drive productivity
  • Reporting: Create and deliver regular reports on sales performance, revenue metrics, and operational efficiency to key stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue growth initiatives
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in sales processes, policies, and tools
