Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations and/or Sales Operations
  • Advanced administration of CS tools
  • Administration of Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Experience building out customer journeys and sales processes
  • Basic understanding of agile methodology
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS–AI SaaS is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leadership to transform GTM strategies into well-designed and executed operations
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, working together to explore and implement feasible near-term and long-term solutions
  • Develop playbooks and success plans to optimize customer engagement and sales processes
  • Continuously innovate the capabilities of the GTM Engine, including customer health, renewal/churn forecasting, delivery forecasting, capacity modeling, and territory planning
  • Administer variable compensation plans for our GTM team members
  • Set up and manage integrations between Salesforce and other 3rd party systems, ensuring cohesion across the GTM tech stack
  • Increase transparency cross-functionally between post-sales, sales, and the rest of the GTM team by leveraging standardized metrics, reporting, and dashboards
  • Educate and train pre and post-sales teams on our tools through comprehensive training, documentation, and open lines of communication
  • Implement data governance best practices and processes for maintaining customer and sales data
  • Produce clear, concise process documentation for core GTM processes
