Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of total work experience spanning system administration, revenue operations, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
- 2+ years Salesforce CRM administration experience in a B2B SaaS startup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Youβve leveraged data to find ways to improve systems in the past
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias to action
Responsibilities
- Design and Administer our GTM Tech-Stack: Oversee software including Salesforce, Hubspot, Chilipiper, and more to drive our business. Enable robust operations within and across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
- Vendor Management & Procurement: Create playbooks to effectively gather internal requirements, research and assess solutions, and manage our vendor portfolio
- Sprint Execution : Adopt and build upon a sprint-based project management framework. Co-manage contractors and agency resources as needed
- Enhance Team Productivity: Identify and reduce non-sales or customer-impacting activities to make our teams more productive
- Documentation: Oversee a documentation library for our tooling and revenue processes
- Support Commercial Operations: Review opportunities and contracts, flag SLAs, and lead other critical operations (until youβre able to automate them)
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales team members on new tooling and processes. Define tech onboarding standards for GTM teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert in GTM tooling in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with SQL, SOQL
