Summary

Join our Revenue Operations team as a RevOps Associate and play a vital role in supporting the systems, tools, and processes that drive revenue growth. Requirements

  • 0–2 years in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong English is mandatory
  • Above average organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about improving processes to drive business success
  • Legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the maintenance and optimization of RevOps systems and tools, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement tools
  • Conduct routine data audits and updates to ensure accuracy and consistency across all RevOps systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for RevOps processes and procedures to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Support the preparation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and CX teams to align processes and tools with business objectives
  • Provide assistance with the setup and troubleshooting of RevOps tools and platforms to ensure smooth use by team members
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training on RevOps tools and processes
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the RevOps team, such as system upgrades or process improvements
  • Serve as a liaison to collect user feedback on RevOps tools and processes to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams
