Summary

Requirements

  • Experience, 5+ years of project management and technical roles related to revenue operations
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot), data integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Previous managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Project management related certification from an accredited intuition
  • Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, TechOps, etc.) to execute revenue operations strategies and implement technical solutions that align with company goals
  • Provide technical support in designing, developing, and maintaining technical systems and tools that support revenue operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms
  • Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop and manage project schedules that conform to the team and company roadmaps. Help determine feature scope and acceptance criteria
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions to enhance the functionality of existing tools and platforms, tailored to the specific needs of the revenue operations team
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations
  • Ensure seamless integration of data across various systems to provide a single source of truth for revenue-related metrics and insights
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and measure the success of revenue operations initiatives
