Responsibilities

• Identify potential Revenue and Payroll risks
• Analyze the potential impact of identified risks
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate those risks effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient mitigation plans
• Lead the implementation of mitigation plans and ensure adherence to established timelines
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the effectiveness of implemented mitigation measures
• Generate regular reports and updates for senior management
• Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to risk management
• Proactively verify that the risks are mitigated by the relevant controls and identify opportunities to enhance the organization's risk management processes
