Requirements

  • Desire to work in the SaaS technology sector
  • Ability to grasp and simplify technical information
  • 4 to 8 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B context and/or technology solutions sales
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of activities
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Comfort and ease in closing sales and securing commitments
  • Self-confidence and strong aptitude for making others feel at ease
  • Resilience to rejection and strong tenacity
  • Self-disciplined, competitive, and motivated by challenges
  • Driver's license and vehicle required for occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Qualify potential clients generated through inbound and outbound channels (ads, SEO, webinars, events, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Generate interest by easily and professionally communicating the benefits of implementing an HRIS and/or an ATS to potential clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle (qualification, needs analysis, demonstration, follow-ups, closing the sale)
  • Participate in trade shows and events to build connections and foster relationships with potential clients
  • Exceed assigned objectives (number of qualified meetings, pipeline growth, number of sales, sales value)
  • Document your activities (calls, emails, follow-ups, etc.) and any important information discovered in the CRM
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the company's growth by sharing your ideas and best practices
  • Continuously train yourself using available tools (internal e-learning platform, shadowing with sales representatives, role-playing with your manager and colleagues, etc.)
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities defined by management
