Summary

Join Shift Technology as a SaaS Solutions Consultant and partner with various teams to position Shift as the leading decisioning platform. You will analyze data, conduct client discovery sessions, craft sales pitches and demos, respond to technical inquiries, and contribute to account documentation. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of relevant SaaS pre-sales experience, preferably in the P&C insurance sector. Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience for SaaS platforms, preferably in the P&C Insurance vertical
  • Experience selling to technical and business buyers - including executives
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner across all levels and teams
  • Problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, high growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical and business data to determine the ideal customer for a given product before its launch
  • Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing clients to gather business and technology requirements
  • Enable Sales and Account Management teams’ operational success by crafting pitches, as well as designing and presenting demos to decision-makers
  • Respond to technical questions received via RFPs and/or RFIs in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Assist in the creation of account configuration documentation and statements of work
  • Participate in strategy meetings with Marketing teams and Product teams
  • Successfully manage multiple prospect sales and existing client engagement opportunities simultaneously
  • Develop a compelling business case to support the customer buying decision
