Summary

Join Glassdoor's Upper-Mid Market Sales team in the UK & Ireland as an experienced Sales Account Executive. Requirements

  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
  • 3-4+ years of quota carrying, direct sales experience, hybrid preferred, with experience handling a high volume of accounts ranging from Small to Enterprise clients
  • Proficient in handling a CRM, Salesforce preferred, and a proficiency for proactivity in pipeline management and generation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to manage competing priorities
  • Comfort delivering presentations and conducting conversations over Zoom, eventually in person in some cases
  • An ability to earn instant credibility and to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional and conscientious manner
  • A strength in navigating, comfortably selling, and negotiating with high-level titles (Director or above)
  • Collaborative nature both with our clients, prospects, and your teammates
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

Responsibilities

  • Own a business of existing and prospective branding customers with the intent to achieve their business goals through Glassdoor
  • Renew expiring business
  • Unearth new growth opportunities through current or new partners
  • Develop a consultative relationship with customers while delivering an outstanding level of professional service
  • Lead with vision as you showcase the value of working with Glassdoor and invest further in the employer brand
  • Exceed quarterly revenue retention, new business and growth goals

Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: €48,440 - 60,500
  • OTE: €80,733 - 100,833
  • Bonuses are paid on a monthly intervals, aligning with attainment of quota
