Summary
Join Glassdoor's Upper-Mid Market Sales team in the UK & Ireland as an experienced Sales Account Executive. Requirements
- A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
- 3-4+ years of quota carrying, direct sales experience, hybrid preferred, with experience handling a high volume of accounts ranging from Small to Enterprise clients
- Proficient in handling a CRM, Salesforce preferred, and a proficiency for proactivity in pipeline management and generation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to manage competing priorities
- Comfort delivering presentations and conducting conversations over Zoom, eventually in person in some cases
- An ability to earn instant credibility and to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional and conscientious manner
- A strength in navigating, comfortably selling, and negotiating with high-level titles (Director or above)
- Collaborative nature both with our clients, prospects, and your teammates

Responsibilities
- Own a business of existing and prospective branding customers with the intent to achieve their business goals through Glassdoor
- Renew expiring business
- Unearth new growth opportunities through current or new partners
- Develop a consultative relationship with customers while delivering an outstanding level of professional service
- Lead with vision as you showcase the value of working with Glassdoor and invest further in the employer brand
- Exceed quarterly revenue retention, new business and growth goals

- Base Salary Range: €48,440 - 60,500
- OTE: €80,733 - 100,833
- Bonuses are paid on a monthly intervals, aligning with attainment of quota
