Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through value-based solution selling
- A highly driven sales approach with a strong desire to maximize earnings and achieve substantial financial success
- Proven experience working closely with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Strong ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers
- Experience executing structured sales processes and navigating complex sales cycles effectively
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and accurate forecasting
- Strong, results-oriented mindset with the ability to close significant deals consistently
- Minimum of 6 years in enterprise-level sales, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build executive-level relationships
- Strong background in B2B sales within specific territories. Extensive experience in managing large accounts and working closely with cross-functional teams
- Experience using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive), and communication tools for client engagement
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while consistently meeting targets
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports through CRM tools
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct high-level product presentations, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions to senior executives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and leverage resources for maximum impact
- Continuously stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients
