Requirements

  • 3 years promotional product sales experience
  • Strong prospecting, negotiations and closing skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experienced with CRM/ERP systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Qualify and develop leads provided by the company, prospect and expand within your clientele to maximize opportunities and revenue
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, qualify leads, develop a robust pipeline of potential clients, conduct market research
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensure client satisfaction, monitor and analyze account performance, communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, research products and provide recommendations, coordinate sales orders
