Requirements

  • Solid understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Enthusiasm for the proptech industry
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets
  • Must be based in Melbourne to visit clients, although the role itself is remote

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in the ANZAC region
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to introduce Houst and its offerings to potential partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the ANZAC region
  • Engage prospects through effective communication, presentations, and tailored sales pitches
  • Manage your sales pipeline and ensure that our CRM is up-to-date
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities (which may be outside regular working hours)
