Summary

Seven Starling is a virtual provider of women's behavioral health services looking for a mission-driven Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Growth Team in booking sales lunches with women’s health providers. The role involves securing sales lunches, planning and coordination, updating trackers and calendars, preparing and distributing sales materials, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in sales administration or sales operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable cold calling. This is a full-time remote position with a total compensation up to $58,000.

Responsibilities

  • Secure sales lunches: Manage the booking of sales lunches, including making cold calls to OB-GYN Practices, sending follow-ups and confirmations, gathering practice details, and conducting mini-screenings to ensure fit with Seven Starling services
  • Planning and Coordination: Attend monthly planning sessions, including weekly meetings with the Sales Operation Manager on priorities and market dynamics, as well as monthly logistics meetings with our Practice Partnership Managers
  • Update Trackers and Calendars: Maintain accurate data in sales trackers and Google Calendars; update the Sales Dashboard and Growth Team Calendar with relevant information to ensure the Practice Partnership Managers have accurate information ahead of the OB-GYN Sales Lunches
  • Prepare & Distribute Sales Materials: Prepare and manage sales materials. Coordinate distribution to Practice Partnership Managers and handle practice material requests
  • Administrative Support: Provide ongoing support for the sales team, including placing lunch orders, gathering and organizing information, following up on requests, and ensuring all necessary details are collected and distributed for successful sales activities

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, at least 1 year experience in sales administration, preferably in healthcare
