Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and support to the team
• Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales performance
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing materials
