Join Sally's team as a high-energy Sales Associate and contribute to our mission of being the most trusted vehicle and service provider for professional drivers. You will curate excellent customer experiences, own the sales lifecycle for designated markets, and partner with operations leads to develop and execute high-value projects. Responsibilities include driver onboarding, investigating customer requirements to improve retention, and utilizing rideshare industry knowledge to provide support. You will also identify ways to improve the sales lifecycle and create marketing materials, leading contract appointments alongside the customer support team. Requirements

• 1-3 years of inside sales related experience
• Experience using CRMs
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Curate an excellent customer experience during the onboarding process
• Own the sales lifecycle for designated markets
• Partner with Operations Leads (Payments, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Service) to develop high-value projects to present and execute with efficiency
• Complete driver onboarding (pricing, contract execution, vehicle matching)
• Investigate customer underwriting and qualification requirements to improve customer retention
• Utilize knowledge of the rideshare industry to provide best-in-class support, services, and solutions
• Find ways to improve the sales lifecycle, create and distribute marketing collateral
• Lead contract appointments alongside our customer support team

Preferred Qualifications

• Service industry related experience
• Photoshop or Illustrator experience
• Knowledge of rideshare industry
• Spanish proficiency
