Sales Associate

Summary

Join our sales team as a highly organized and energetic Sales Associate! You will identify new sales opportunities, contact potential clients, and drive sales growth. This role demands strong communication, a proactive attitude, and independent work capabilities. Responsibilities include cold calling, email marketing, sales demonstrations, scheduling, reporting, workflow creation, client relationship management, and market research. Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Own a laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities
• Create, send, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase our services and address client needs effectively
• Coordinate and schedule sales demos, ensuring that both the sales team and potential clients are well-prepared
• Compile and analyze sales data to create reports that track progress and highlight areas for improvement
• Design and implement efficient workflows to optimize the sales process and improve team productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
