Sales Associate

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or related field, preferably in finance or banking
• Highly motivated individual with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and via email
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound calls
• Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing objections courteously and professionally
• Consistently surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives
• Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients, setting appointments for Australian businesses
• Convert both inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for our brokers
• Adhere to call scripts and sales procedures to ensure uniformity and effectiveness
• Engage in phone conversations with prospects, discussing their lending requirements
• Identify opportunities for customers to refinance existing loans or secure finance for new investments
• Utilize your sales and relationship-building expertise to encourage customers to interact with our online platform before their appointment, facilitating document submission and key information provision to their broker
• Thoroughly and accurately record all call details in the designated system

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with prior experience working with Australian clients
• Familiarity with lead generating tools and CRM systems preferred
