Summary

Join ModernFi as a key member of the revenue team, working directly with the VP of Revenue and CEO. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with credit unions, driving company growth by bringing on new partners and ensuring client success. This role requires leveraging your existing network within the credit union industry and exceeding revenue goals. You will be a primary advocate for credit union partners, maintaining high-quality contact and utilizing CRM effectively. Requirements

• 5+ years in sales, relationship management, or partnerships, specifically focused on credit unions
• A proven ability to cultivate and leverage strong relationships within the credit union ecosystem
• Experience working as an account executive or in partnerships in finance, banking, or technology
• High EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to establish and deepen relationships with credit unions, positioning ModernFi as a trusted partner
• Meet or exceed revenue and booking goals with credit union partners
• Serve as the primary advocate for credit union partners, maintaining high-quality, frequent contact to ensure their success and satisfaction
• Maintain exceptional organization around client databases, calendars, and CRM utilization, while establishing best practices for credit union engagement and sales
