Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years in a coordinator or project management role
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a virtual and remote environment
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated strengths in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment and driving them to completion with limited direction

Responsibilities

  • Review and qualify inbound leads and add leads to outbound sales emails to generate new opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing to refine inbound lead qualification rules and processes
  • Maintain accuracy of inbound lead status in CRM tool
  • Ensure data hygiene in CRM tool working partnership with Sales/Sales Operations
  • Support proposal team in tracking timelines and working with internal SMEs for select deliverables for RFPs/RFIs
  • Utilize deep prospecting techniques to enable a personalized approach to engaging prospects
  • Prospect and build new business opportunities for Payer/Health Plan/Employer Sales Executives
  • Use a consultative sales approach to set up opportunities
  • Coordinate and schedule online and onsite meetings with key decision-makers
  • Partner with assigned Sales VP to develop prospect account strategy and plan for success QoQ
  • Own and manage pipeline in Salesforce.com

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with low-to-moderate complexity analytics and working with Microsoft Excel/GoogleSheets
  • Experience in or knowledge of healthcare or healthcare technology industries
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc

Benefits

$75,000 - $85,000 a year
