Responsibilities

  • Compile marketing materials for the sales department such as presentations and promotional content
  • Coordinate logistics for sales tradeshows, conferences and other events including booking venues and overseeing event schedule
  • Maintain and update data such as customer records, sales activities, and deal pipelines in HubSpot
  • Create company email marketing newsletter and develop outbound sequences through Hubspot
  • Organize and maintain files related to sales projects, marketing materials, and event planning
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Oversee production of conference materials by ensuring all materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time
