Summary
Join Supersub, a global sales consulting boutique, as a HubSpot Admin Consultant! This remote contract role requires managing and optimizing HubSpot Sales & Marketing CRM platforms for diverse clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients on CRM implementations, develop innovative strategies, and lead client onboarding and training. The position demands expertise in HubSpot CRM, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage projects and client interactions. You will also contribute to internal projects, such as website maintenance and social media content. Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of minimum 1 - 2 years in HubSpot CRM (ideally Sales, Marketing and Service Hub)
- 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B business environment
- BA degree Technology, Business or a related field
- Willingness to grow their technology abilities by continuously completing HubSpot certified training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and clients
- Ability to conduct technology audits and manage client interaction and projects
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems independently
- Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Act as the HubSpot CRM subject matter expert on overseeing its management, maintenance, and optimization across multiple client accounts
- Develop and execute innovative strategies and frameworks using HubSpot's suite of tools to meet or exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams in architecture designs ensuring the HubSpot product suite is fully optimized for our clients
- Configure and customize HubSpot environments based on specific client needs, including automation workflows, custom analytics filters, and report building
- Lead HubSpot onboarding and training sessions for clients to ensure proficient use of the platform
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics within HubSpot to recommend strategic improvements to leverage their CRM ecosystem
- Manage and deliver projects involving, documentation, loom videos and integration of various technologies with HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HubSpot features and trends to continually contribute in growing our social media presence
- Work on internal projects outside of CRM Support, such as website build and maintenance, social content posting, project management and documentation ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical skills including SQL and HTML
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- French language proficiency
