Join our team as an Entry-Level Salesforce CRM Administrator and contribute to the daily administration and support of our Salesforce platform. This remote, full-time position requires a foundational understanding of Salesforce and a dedication to continuous skill development. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets evolving business needs. Responsibilities include user setup, report creation, system audits, data management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience, a Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201), and strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices

Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Support data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide training as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Data Loader, or similar
- Exposure to CRM processes in sales, marketing, or customer service
