Summary

Join Demandbase's growing SDR team as a Manager, Sales Development! You will build, coach, and manage a scaling team of Mid-Market Sales Development Representatives. This role involves hiring, onboarding, and developing your team's outbound prospecting and qualifying skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and drive adoption. The position requires 2+ years in sales/sales development and 1+ year leading an SDR team. Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales or sales development and 1+ years leading an SDR team
  • Expertise in using Salesforce.com
  • Proven ability to effectively hire and train new people
  • Effective presentation and listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments and ability to operate with some level of ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard and coach Sales Development Representatives
  • Develop your team’s skills for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and Opportunity creation
  • Provide your team with regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Closely monitor metrics and KPIs with the aim to increase productivity
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure proper alignment on account coverage, target personas, opportunity quality and SDR to AE hand-off
  • Partnering proactively and developing strong relationships with cross-functional leads in Marketing, Sales Leadership, Enablement, Customer Success, HR, Recruiting, and Finance
  • Articulate the business value of Demandbase, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the platform, our competitors, and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • ABM/S, Web Marketing, Analytics, AdTech, and CRM experience
  • CRM reporting and data analysis experience
