Join Instacart's Brand Partnerships team as an Activation SDR Manager and lead a team of Activation SDRs in prospecting and activating new brands. You will coach your team on sales best practices, data analysis, and the CPG, advertising, and eCommerce landscape. This role requires experience in sales management, developing early-career professionals, and proven success in sales funnel optimization. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, thrives in fast-paced environments, and possesses sales leadership experience in advertising, CPG, or eCommerce. - History of exceeding sales goals/quota
- Experience in a sales management environment

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of high-performing Activation SDRs to achieve monthly activation targets
- Measure and track key business and industry trends
- Improve our sales process, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to make your team more effective and efficient
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve scalable processes to reach more brands faster
