Summary

The job is for a Business Development professional to join AB Tasty's Spain office. The role involves finding potential clients across Spain and Italy, partnering with the sales team, and generating new business opportunities. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a sales environment, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, and a hunter mentality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment
  • Hunter mentality: strong self-starter personality and ambition, you are not afraid of being tenacious and resilient and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, Italian is a plus
  • Team player
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Sales team to help fill their sales pipelines and develop your skills
  • Researching and building new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending personalised emails, cold calling)
  • Creating and prioritising strategic target account lists
  • Qualifying and following up with new accounts by using our lead scoring system
  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel AB Tasty's growth
  • Creating a great first impression to our prospects by providing them with a world-class experience and thinking of innovative ways to approach them
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified new business opportunities
  • Supporting the Marketing team in organising events (trade fairs, workshops, networking events)
