Summary

The job is for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will manage lead flow, qualify leads, generate pipeline, and collaborate with the sales team. The role requires some experience in B2B telephone lead generation or sales, IT or software solutions sales, and proficiency in various tools. The position is remote within the US, preferably in Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

  • B2B telephone lead generation or Sales experience ( preferred )
  • IT or Software Solutions sales ( highly desired)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com , SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through inbound lead qualification
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn and Zoominfo to clean and enhance data of MQLs
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (meetings completed and opportunity sourced.)
  • Gain/deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face every day
  • Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
  • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives, Sales Directors and the Marketing Org for qualified meetings
  • Occasional travel within the region
