Requirements

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product offerings and value propositions effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.)
- Qualify leads and set appointments for sales executives through effective communication and active listening
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape

- Adept at handling objections and overcoming challenges in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
